Building services are the system installed in building.The function is to make them :

• comfortable
• fuctional 
• efficient 
• safe

Building services might include building control system, energy distribution and energy supply such as gas, eletricity and renewable source. Specialist building services might also include systems for bacteria and humidty control.

BUILT ENVIRONMENT FACULTY

Faculty of Architecture are early established in 1970 before their name changed to Faculty of Built and Environment in 1974.

This faculty has :

• 28 units of Lecture Room,
• 1 unit of Convention Hall,
• 4 units of Seminar Room and
• 34 units of Studio.

This faculty compromise of 4 departments which are :

•  Department of Architecture
•  Department of Quantity Survey
•  Department of Urban and Regional Planning
•  Department of Landscape Architecture
